"Office team members were fantastic! Always happy and ready to help when I have issues with my policies. The Agent, Matt, on the other hand is NEVER AVAILABLE despite numerous attempts to set an appointment with him. As a customer for many years I never expected it to be this difficult to get in contact with MY OWN AGENT. I ended up finding a near by agency whose agent actually greeted me in the office!! Love state farm, DONT LOVE THIS AGENT!!"
